Must I sign a lease?

Residents are required to sign a Tenancy Agreement that clearly outlines your accommodation and services. This agreement will be on a month-to-month basis allowing you maximum flexibility.

Are all the suites the same size?

A wide variety of accommodation options are available to you based on the location of your suite. The floor plans offer private ensuite four piece bathrooms and ample storage and closet area. Some assisted living suites offer a walk-in shower feature.

What if your health changes?

Our facilities are designed to offer seniors a continuum of care and trained care personnel are available 24 hours a day to assist residents in the Retirement Residence. You may retain your physician or use the services of our Health Care Centre. Specialized diets can be accommodated. Our residences also offer two specialized assisted living centres for individuals requiring an additional level of care, both physical and cognitive. These services can be discussed with our Director of Care in order to establish the appropriate accommodation and care services required. Residents of the Apartment Suites are given priority in the selection of suites in the residential care area of the facility as their circumstances may warrant.

How can I be sure I'll enjoy living at a Caregard Residence?
